Monthly Check Up   A monthly meeting to assess where you are, where you're going and a plan of how to get there.  Email support, with weekly reviews.  You do your own training but I help you plan what, when and how.  Then I check you've done it. £50
Group Therapy      
Five for Fit & Fun
     
1 hour session   Up to five friends, you all get the assessments, you all get the workouts but with the benefit of sharing the cost and the fun. £80
11/2 hour assessment session   The assessment will be done as a group.  This will give you the benefit of group support and enable goals to be set for individual needs whilst establishing the aim of the group.

Commit to Fit      
Times by arrangement   Group training with the personal touch - Fun Intensive Training.  I'll come to your home and do a full assessment, work out your goals and plan how you'll fit achieving them into your life.  Once a week you'll come to a group exercise session for an intense full body workout.  This plan requires you to commit to these sessions and others that work for you.  Dependent on what you want to achieve you may need to make other diet and lifestyle changes.
