The following weekly schedule shows the current Aspire Fitness activity groups for the Autumn of 2011.

Running Tuesday 9am Around Hassocks
Suitable for all levels with intervals for the more experienced. Slower runners will get a 4-5K run with a few breaks and some walking. If you are keen to improve you speed and fitness I’ll challenge you to some intervals at different paces and you will run slightly further. Meet at 17 Stanford Avenue.
Kettlebell Blitz I Tuesday 8:00pm The Guide Hut, Semley Road
Kettlebell Mega Blitz 45 minute full body workout. This is about as intense as 45 minutes of exercise can get. You need to be familiar with swinging a kettlebell to join this class.
Kettlebell Blitz II Tuesday 9:00pm The Guide Hut, Semley Road
45mins to an hour. Similar to the above class but with a bit of time for teaching some of the more advanced moves and the odd chance to get your breath back. Once again you need to be experienced at swinging a kettlebell to participate in this class.
Beginner’s Running Thursday 9.45am Around Hassocks

Running Thursday 7.15pm Around Hassocks
All paces welcome so long as you are happy to keep going for 30 mins plus. The session is based on a 5K route, I vary the pace setting intervals for the faster runners and challenging everyone at their own level. The session lasts 45 mins to an hour. Meet at 17 Stanford Avenue
My classes are very small and personal, I try really hard to work closely with all participants to ensure you get the best workout. Please call before coming to any session to ensure all details are still the same, sometimes I change the venue; there are days where running on the top of the Downs just has to be done!
Beginners Kettlebell Course:
A six week course teaching all the basic moves you need to know to really get a full body workout with these lumps of steel. You’ll get a workout each week, a kettlebell to play with at home and homework to do each week. Sounds good? Give me a call if you are interested and we’ll workout a time and venue.
