Aspire Fitness Solutions was created by Jane Roweth an experienced PE teacher and Personal Trainer in 2008. Since then Jane has helped many local people to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Jane is one of the most sucessfull Personal Trainers in Sussex. Her combination of qualifications and experience are unique and as a result her training and coaching deliver meaningful results.
Over the last year the team has grown and we are very excited to have Janna Dickinson as a part-time kettlebell trainer, Marina Bullivant leading the running groups assisted by Mary with the beginners group, David developing the Yoga programme, Malcolm making the coffee and of course Mandy Murray keeping us all heading in the right direction.
We specialise in personal training, kettlebell classes, yoga and group-based training as well as providing running classes for runners of almost all abilities. Indeed we are amongst the experts when it comes to the subject of running fuelled by a low-carb high-fat diet. We also provide dietary advice with all of our personal training and 'kickstart' packages; our team are achieving amazing results with our Real Food approach and so are many of our clients.
There are 10 indoor classes and 5 running classes to choose from every week. In order to keep things personal and to ensure that everyone gets the appropriate level of attention we limit all beginners group class sizes to 12 people; so you will never be left in the corner wondering how to do that new move.
